I would give a lot to be natural 5'7 with 95sh. You can reach 5'11 easly which is imho the most spot on height.

usually long legged people are also long arms/forearms people and vice versa.

So while your sitting height might not be a problem post LL, (for example, me of a sitting height of 90-92 can theoretically do 8cm and end up under between 0-1SD which is basically normal.. But the problem is, that the arms are not long enough) you arms will be.

Notice that on the table, the difference between males and females in sitting height is noticeably less than the difference in leg length.

Just a general notice that this is, again, a study conducted by the Dutch in Dutch people (avg male height: 185cm; body proportions: Northern European).

Depends on the region, but I had to quote the approximate value used by this study. Otherwise, you're right.

With your stats you have a SHR equal to 0,533; so keeping the average SHR extrapolated from the graphs you could lenghten til the 183-185 range remaining well proportioned

Haha great I could be 6’1 (185) and still be in proportion that’s music to my ears thanks bro
