I do think you look that short but it's just my perception because you have buffy limbs. Compared to the femurs your tibias look well proportioned I'd say.

would adding an extra 6 cm to my tibias make it look disproportionate??

I'd go for a max of 5cm in tibias. I think that anything up to 5cm in either limbs won't be too noticeable.

would an extra cm really make that much of a difference. i was thinking 5,5 cm or 6 cm i dot want to go bellow 5.5 cm i want to be 180 at night dont want to drop below that

Not really but the best decision regarding the amount to lengthen is taken while lengthening. My initial goals were somewhere between 5 and 6cm and I ended up lengthening 4.8cm because I felt I was confortable with my proportions and gained height.

My guess is that you really want to hit the 1.80m mark (night height). And my advice is to not chase a number. When you are walking in the streets or going to a club or doing any other social activity you won't have a number above your head showing your height. It's just a number and no one will give a fk about it but you. So, if you really want to do LL, go for it and stop somewhere where you feel comfortable with both your proportions and height.

That’s actually a coincidence I didn’t even notice that but yes I am 5’9 hoping to be 511.25 after surgery wingspan is 5’10 hopefully my proportions aren’t that weird when I’m done

Better measure arm length, wingspan can be influencias by shoulders width

I work out a lot so I tend to have broad shoulders. I want to be a fitness model. Which requires me to be 180 cm. Wings span is 5’9/5’10

Wanna be a fitness model and doing LL? Advice: Don't do it. I'm 19 and I know better :D you have to be stupid or have some kind of a problem in your head to do LL when you are 176cm. Just go home and buy a new car or something with that money your about to throw down the drain.
