Dr Sarin- India My diary For LON tibia

I would like to share my diary with you guys, and I really got alot of benefits from this  forum

I arrived india on 16 June 2019 and  they took me from the airport to guest house  and I met Dr Sarin on 17 June in the guest house talking about the surgery,

Today 19 June I have the surgery done, after waking up and I became aware I felt strong pain in the lift of my leg but they gave me a pain killer which is really stop feeling any pain.

I want to increase my tibia only 5 cm and I will be satisfied with it.
Why 5 cm because I got some information from doctors And patients from this forum who did this surgery like Sweden and 4 cm that 5 cm will optimum regarding less recovery less side effects in the future and because I like sports so I dont want loose the ability for that.

Now they told I will be staying in hospital 4 or 5 days And after that I will go to guest house,

23 June - day ( 5 )

Yesterday I transferred to the guest house And I learned care taker how to go bath room without

assistance by chair I tried once It possible but really hard and he told he can help me If I want.
There is no pain unless if I move my leg which is bearable, After 4 days I will start lengthening.

I tried to upload photo but I can not do it, any suggestions.

Day ( 14 ) - 2 july

I started lengthening 5 days ago now It should be 5 mm between bone gap,
I will take X-ray after 5 days from now to see progress
The pain still there but not like before and I can manage by taking pain killer.

Physiotherapy is every day by an expert ( Shariq) to do stretches of akhilis tendon
and muscles with some lift exercise.

I live in the guest house a private room with a bathroom and when I need help any time they have a care taker.

I want to finish as soon as possible because really boring staying like this for months😩😩.

Why do you have one extra screw in your left leg .

Can you post one picture of your frem? Is this 3 ring frem ?

Yes 3 rings frame, there are 3 screws in every leg not only 1 but  that depends on the view and the angle of  X-ray to show screw.

I live now in the guest house alone with a private room and toilet, any help I need there is a home taker every day and there is Physiotherapy everyday as well, every thing go smooth except pain which I need pain killers everyday. :'(

There are 2 guest houses one for Indians and one for foreign, I stay in the foreign one.

There are 5 patients in the foreign one some of them from Australia, Thailand, Iran..and there was 1 from Uk who left lately.

Such a cliche, just saw the X-ray  osteotomy is not like its supposed to be. Fibulae osteotomy seems that it’s going to give trouble for your ankle soon. Read so much about the reputation of this doctor but still don’t understand why people are going to him.

Last patient of his (tallmf) also suffering and many suffered. Seems like doctor has a very good luck after doing so much bad he still has 5 patients.

Tallmf is better than before and his bone starts regenerating.

Remark: For non-union situation is always depending on your body reaction and your food
( nutrition ) not because of the surgery, and there is a solution for non union if you want, the doctor will take a bone graft from your body and put it in non union bone, so don't worry about that.

The day before yesterday one guy came from UK he will fo femur with dr Sarin and he did already tibia in 2018 and ask him alot of questions and he told me his tibia lengthening surgery was successful and and he has no problem with his tibia surgery.

Any one can come to the guest house to see him or see me or any patient, I always see people coming to the guest house before they are doing this surgery.

Yea bro, People dont undestand sarin has soo many successful patients. I also dont tibias in 2013 and healed perfectly and as i told others I even went back to boxing and sparring.
When i was at the guest house in 2013 I seen atleast 15 people in the guest house and seen a number of people who left walking.
Good luck with your lengthening, Try not to go past 6cms on tibia.

I am still lengthening 1 mm per day and nothing new I think I finished now 1.8 cm but every thing will be clear when I take next Xray. The pain is less than before and when I feel pain I take a pain killer. I do sometimes stretch exercise by myself.

4cm & Arabicman - you both are clearly promoting Sarin. I remember from a member "twosurgerydone' that Sarin ask his patients to write positively about him for some discount or favor. Some probably do the deal and some don't but he is clearly unreliable. I wish you fast recovery. No hard feelings. Please don't promote a butcher. India should be banned for LL.

You are really Psycho sick, I am not promoting for Dr.Sarin Iam telling the truth and I want to tell people how my progress is, second thing I can not say my surgery is successful until I finish and walk, but until now Every thing O.K So I will judge Dr Sarin totally after I finish completely from this surgery.

No hard feelings but you don't have any knowledge or experience other than what you have read on forums.
People including myself and others write diaries to help anyone thinking of going a similar route and don't have the money to spend 100k for LL.
If you dont like it, dont read it.
You also say there's some sort of monetary incentive, I finished by lengthening back in December laat year, I'm updating my diary simply to help people.
Pleaae don't be a psycho, I could say you're a paid Dr paley shill.

There is some pain but not in the bone I feel it in the muscle ( calve ) due to stretching of muscle
And tendon but is manageable. Last time My tibia skin was itching me and Dr told me it happens for some patients and I was given some medicine and the itching went away.

I will update every 10 days and if u have any question don't hesitate.

Hey Arabic Man,

Thanks for sharing your journey so far. I'm also lengthening over nails in Gurgaon at the moment.

your callus looks a little bit blank in the gap on your Xrays? Did your doc advise you to slow down lengthening? It's probably a good idea to slow down a bit until some callus starts to fill in while the gap isn't too big so as to not risk non union.

Wishing you all the best on your journey  :)

Day ( 50 ) - 17 of August

I should have reached 5 cm but Unfortunately I reached  only 4.2 cm because my muscle very tight and spasm and Dr sarin  told me to stop lengthening for 3 days and give me muscle relaxant medicine because my muscle little bit big due to I used to go to the Gym for bodybuilding before so my muscle push back the bone and resist the lengthening.

You said your muscles are tight because of gym? Is it advisable to not go to gym before LL? I am physcially inactive but I was thinking to go to gym for 5 months before i start my lengthening process next April. My height is 4;7 and weight is 35. DO i need to gain weight before LL or is less weight an advantage? Also how much safe lengthening does Dr Sarin recommend for tibia?
Title: Re: Dr Sarin- India My diary For LON tibia
Post by: Arya on August 17, 2019, 06:20:27 PM
Also congratulations and best wishes for the upcoming days. But I have one doubt. It is kind of difficult to believe someone who made the account just for the diary. I mean usually people do a heck lot of research before getting into something as grave as LL. That too with Dr. Sarin(who has such a bad reputation). And you made the account on the day in which you had to write the diary. No offence. Just curious if you had any other ID before.
I really pray you are genuine because even I am considering going to Dr sarin as geograhically he is more convenient to me as compared to Parihar as I am from Delhi.
If you don't mind can I come to meet you someday? May I know from where are you?
Sorry a lot of questions. I'm just a curious soul.

Actually going to GYM for bodybuilding not recommended if u want to do lengthening but if u want to do stretch Exercise I totally recommend that specially your leg Thigh and tibia .

Day ( 60 ) - 27 August

Yesterday finally I removed the external frame and my lengthening is 5.4 cm
After surgery my right leg has no pain at all but my left leg has severe pain cause my muscle in left leg very tight so the pain is really unbearable even I took pain killer injections that would not work at all. I will update you later.

Congrats dude! 5.4cm is a great gain for tibias, now you just need to focus on recovering.

I'm supposed to get frames off on 20 September, I can't wait. Are you feeling better now the frames are off?

5.4 is pretty good given the stiffness and all that you mentioned. I hope the pain has alleviated by now. Wish you a speedy recovery now!!

Your callus look fabulous. I saw a lot of negative comment on your time line about callus but after this you proved them wrong.

Allll the whole world anger inside me, I am very very angry.

Next week I will go to india again to see sarin since I have some issues that make me unable to walk easy, all these things came after when I started to walk without crutches, From the beginning some told me I promoted Sarin but I would say at that time I did not have problems and I will tell the truth and I will see sarin how he can fix my issues and I will put all details here.

What I know now sarin and his staff will have  hard time except akbar caretaker.
