Or has it became Stryde for tibia? Last time I checked it would definitely mess up our knee permanently.

In terms of worst case complications TSF would have the most acceptable worst case complication = amputation somewhere near the tibia. But femur worst case is amputation in the femur area which is unthinkable.
But in terms of best case outcomes, internal femurs probably give you the best recovery. TSF is probably next best but very slow recovery. Then internals (Precice, LON)

Slow or fast is not even part of consideration. It's the long-term/serious complications that really matter.
In my opinion worst case is not amputation, but being dead, then followed by being a vegetable. I guess amputation is the 3rd worst.
The problems with internal femur used to be the risk of fat embolism. But someone said that it's no longer a problem today.
Fortunately, I'm not considering femur at all, because it's nowhere as aesthetic.

Even with TSF, Giotikas bent tibia
It’s not the methods which matters, the doctor’s skill is the most important factor
He’ll mess up tibias even with Stryde, he’s not experienced enough at all messing up with TSF

Temakisushi trying so hard to undermine dr.giotikas in every post! ;D ;D
