Title: Femur or Tibia? Pics inside. Input appreciated :)

Getting more and more serious about getting the procedure done - aiming for EOY 2020. Will almost certainly go with Dr. R. Trying to get some input based on first glance whether to do femur or tibia. Currently 5'8, female in photo is 5'6.
