Height: 1.63 53 kg
25 December 2019, I had cosmetic length extension surgery with (precice 2 method).(femur&antegrede) Today I'll be 3cm 4.5mm with my last extension..
one day making three extensions a day..0.25x3:0.75 mm this is my doctor's planning
I'm trying to improve my English not well, sorry for that. Thank you for your understanding, :). If I mention the time it's been through the surgery.
2 legs at the same time..
Because I'm weak, I can walk with walker's help. Other than that, I'm in a wheelchair..
When I leave surgery, my first pain threshold is 10/5.5-6
I spent the first night with painkillers between 10/3-3.5
It was a less painful and comfortable night for me than I thought..
The pain threshold of 5 days is at intervals 10/3
My knee-breaking angle on the first day after the surgery was very good

I didn't have any pain in the time since I got home. I've never used painkillers until today. Of course, we'll see what happens after 4 cm :)

I woke up around 10:30.. After a nice breakfast I read some books...
I spent my day playing Cs go&Pubg..
I'll do my extensions right in time. I'm very careful about that..
It's my 55th day after surgery.
I continued without any problems
No pain..
I drink one Supradyn a day.

Like always I started the day with a beautiful breakfast after that ı finished reading the rest of my book and played some computer games.
I do my lenghtening like my doctor said to me.. I use 1 gr supradyn daily.
Next week ı will visit my doctor to check the lenghthening process.
I’m really greatful with my doctor because since I came to my home I haven’t used even one painkiller...
I didn’t believe when my doctor said to me that ı won’t feel any pain but now I see that he was completely right!
I definitely recommend my doctor to everybody! Right now I reached 4cm without any pain.

I still feel short..
before the surgery...
When I got on top of the 5cm book, I felt normal elongated.
But I felt it made a difference every inch of 5-8 cm.
For me, the real extension begins now ;)

I started using omega 3 as well.. (solgar+omega 3 )
days pass..
It's sad not to get up...
nails carry 35 kg load...

precice 2 nails grow 8 cm..
I had surgery on the upper leg..
I know friend has two sessions from the upper leg..
But I certainly don't recommend it..
Another friend stretched 9.40 cm from his upper leg ( lon method)
In my opinion ..
up to 20% of the bone length
I would recommend 2 sessions to extend 12 cm

I wanted to smoke today.
But I'm strong-willed, I didn't drink..
I used to smoke two packs of cigarettes every day before I had surgery..
I never drank after the surgery...
I hope I don't drink in my next life..
smoking disrupts 100% boiling for bone boiling..
Never drink while you're in surgery...
Stay away from doctors who say you can drink 3-4 branches a day!

At 6 cm, I had a slight tension in my left leg...this has passed as you do exercise..I feel very little when I stand up..That's okay with me.

friends want to say something about lon method..because it's the most financially preferred method.
In my country, they usually always have surgery with this method...friends LL surgeries are serious surgeries
I'm not a doctor, but the experience I've had is too much.How? if you say...I've always talked to the patients of doctors who do these surgeries in my country...
I also have a whatsapp group where only those who have surgery have been there...
How many people have helped them through the process..I'm interested in their problems.
If you're thinking of having surgery with Lon method,
You have to remember that Lon method is a very technical surgery...I'm not saying experience, I'm saying technique.
Friends who are experiencing a lot of pain with this method..
Remember that it is surgery performed by damaging muscles and nerves..
Remember, the reason for this is not knowing his technique. operations performed by damaging muscles, nerves
(the pain threshold is low and infection exception)
My conversation with my doctor was what he said to me:
In my LL surgeries, I don't give any medication other than minoset painkillers..
avoid operations with little cost..

2)my doctor evaluates by person..my day 3x0.25mm: 1 Day 0.75 mm
3)After the bones are boiled ...You can do any sport you want
4)I didn't have any pain after i came home from the hospital..I've never used painkillers..no muscle pain..I would recommend very yawning movements before surgery..My process is going great ..My doctor's share of this is huge.

Şunu sormak istedim ki, o videoyu çekerken yürüdüğün vakitte bacaklarında herhangi bir ağrı var mıydı? Yoksa, ağrı olmamasına rağmen kasların ameliyat sonrası zayıfladığı için mi yürüyüşün tam oturamamıştı?
Çünkü en korktuğum şeylerden birisi de ameliyat sonrası yürürken acıtıp acıtmayacağı. Eğer sadece kasların yüzünden böyleyse, tebrikler. Zamanla düzelir. Sana bol şans diliyorum.
