You could pull of 8cm without looking crazy sus, but at 13cm (which I dont recommend btw) you'll kinda look like the enderman because your shoulders/hips arent as wide as someone who is that height and ur arms would simply look too short.

If I bulk up my shoulders and frame would I then pull it off since I'm quite skinny now (well, skinny fat)? I'm more concerned about the torso to leg ratio.

People always tell LL'ers who do more than 5 cm to "bulk up" to look proportional but it's more of a sentiment than it is actual advice. Bulking up will make you look wider but I don't think it could make you look more proportional after such a large height increase. 8 cm would look better and more proportional.

Working delta could add to shoulder width and display a wider frame. So you'd say 5'11 isn't doable? And does the 5'9 mockup look alright?

Yeah try doing alot of deltoids exercises for a wide upper frame. (Dont forget the rest of your body) having a fit body will benefit you if you want to do the LL procedure.

IMHO +13 cm looks very good.
Don't overestimate proportions.

Holy sh*t, seriously? So I can shoot for it, I'll basically be 6ft tall omg I'm so happy. But my sitting height is too low for someone that height though, that's a concern?

13 cm looks very weird imho.
If you want to keep a normal proportion: 5-8 cm in advised.

8 looks better than 13. Your torso looks extremely short compared to your legs in the 13cm mockup. As always, its up to you. If you believe 13cm would make you happier regardless of the comments you might get from it, then by all means go for it. If you care about proportions or might get depressed because of people’s comments, then I recommend you stick with 8cm.
