Title: Question about costs of going outside of America

I'm considering Javier Downey in Spain or the doctor in Greece.

1. What are the costs of going outside of America aside from the plane ticket?

2. I mean other things too like I can't use my American health insurance for things like rod removal or medications outside of the country right?

3. Does it still generally end up being cheaper to go to Downey or Giotikas in Europe?
