My mom says all boys grow into their 20s, but I don't believe her.
Some say boys stop growing at 16, but I've grown maybe a little under an inch since 16. Others say 18.
I've noticed a lot of people I met at 12, 13, 14 years old were really shocked when I told them how old I was, which of course made me feel really insecure. I could tell from my pictures in middle school I didn't really even look my age, not taking into account height, but my 19 year old brother's 8th grade photo still looks like him.
However, I think I hit my puberty "milestones" at an average or slightly late average rate. My growth spurt started at 12 and a half, started growing hair in certain areas at slightly after 13 1/2, and a voice change at almost 14. (Not sure when it started, it was gradual but no signs at 13 1/2, and at 13 and 11 months a friend who hadn't seen me in 6 months commented on my voice change which was a huge confidence boost). I started gaining muscle at 15 1/2 but that's also when I started lifting. I still have little facial hair but I feel that might be normal for an Asian, however I look a lot like my dad who has a lot of hair for a Chinese man.
So I probably am not going to finish early, hopefully I'll finish growing late. I'm almost 17 1/2 and may or may not have grown a quarter inch, but I'm worried it might be measurement error. I measure multiple times a day.
How much have you grown since 17? Any help would be appreciated.

I stopped growing at 15 I guess.
My teenage period sucked, I'll make a post about that.
My brother is legit the best growth-period person I've ever seen. That mf grew on a year basis. Regularly. Like 4 cm + 4 cm + 4 cm + 4cm. He's like 186 cm now. Fkn lucky guy..
When I was 14, I had a growth spurt where I became 5'7.5. Then I grew another 1 or 1.5cms. Now, I'm still at the same height.

It's about when you entered puberty, Look at the growth plates, you have a chance to grow a little longer if not closed
-
1.5-2 cms I think, at 18.
-
Between 17-18 i had gain just 1 cm ,most of my friends also 1-2 cm or even nothing
-
also this fairy tales about growing in early 20s are hilarious.
I have never seen anyone was growing taller at 18 y/o (i was care about height since 17) just fictional articles from the internet ect
-
Boys active grow phrase continues until 16 y/o between 16-18 boys also growing but much slower ,some of them who didnt have noticible grow spurt before 16 can have it in 16-18 period but its rare cases, growth at 18 or older this is extremelly rare (95% of male population is not going to have even a cm at 18)

I stopped getting taller at 15.
My body changed a lot until 20yo, my back became wider and generally I became wider with bigger bone structure but my height didn't change at all. Many boys get taller till 17 yo, after that the change will be minimal (1-2 cm max) or most of the times zero.

I don’t know for sure, but I think I stopped growing between 16 and 17.
-
since 17 i grew 2 cm after. 17-18 is where you become your near adult height it seems. 14-16 seem to be the years guys grow a lot if they will grow much. some guys who will be like 6ft plus will be taller from early childhood and continue. People say guys can grow until 21 i think this is rare. Check your growth plates and you'll know.

Does this sound like normal progression or slightly late?
I remember at 12-14 everyone would uniformally think I looked younger. Don't know if that was entirely height related or also face/physical progression related.
Being 4'5" in 6th grade was super tough. Everyone else was much taller, even the ones who thought that they were "short".

i think i stopped growing by 16

I think I might've grown a little, since surprisingly a lot of people I knew when I was 17-18 ish towered over me back then, and when I met them much later, the difference didn't seem so big anymore or they were almost my height. It might been my increased self-confidence compared to back then, that made me think of myself as taller, subconciously.

Maybe 1 or 2 cm height increase (spine).

How tall are you now?

No idea, I haven't measured myself in years. I once, in slightly higher winter boots, stood next to a guy slightly shorter than me, who in a photo stood next to another guy (who was about 10 cm taller than him), who in another photo stood next to Donald Trump and was about the same height as him. So you figure it out. :D
