I am 5'5 23 year old male. I want to be more attractive. I feel as though if I were taller, Id be more attractive. However there is no gaurantee that my life will be better after this surgery. Sometimes I feel as though I should just accept my height and live my best life. Does anyone think their whole life improved after this surgery? In all the ways they were hoping for? Please let me know.

Yeah, if you were taller you'd be more attractive. It will improve your life, but almost all the benefits will come while you're young. Nobody cares if an older guy is tall or short.

I made the jump from 5'5 to 5'9 at 35 and I'm incredibly happy and wish I did it 15 years earlier. The procedure hasn't changed since then anyways. At 35 the benefits are still showing and yes people treat you much different.

Isn't 167 to 171/172 just 5'6 to 5'8?

Dunno. 167 to 172 is what it is. American measurements are stupid.
