help me with my mockup on how will I look (current height 5'3)
a-8cm femur
b-10 cm femur tibia both
also what will be the recommended limit so that I don't skew my proportions by a lot

honestly whatever you get done, your torso is going to look short. adding muscle/posture will help but with clothes on your proportions wont be that noticeable but at the beach/swimming it will be no matter how much length you add.
I would shoot for 5'7ish for you.

Hi. I made mockups in Paint for you - https://imgur.com/a/yQnckQ4
1. +8 fem
2. +5 fem/+5 tib

The +8 looks awful but the 10 is okay

agreed the tibias look almost comical.
perhaps if you lost some weight your torso would look longer. (if you wanna go ahead with the procedure youre gonna want to get in shape regardless)

Do I already have short torso to begin with?
Also I don’t mind my proportions being noticeable just that it doesn’t look abnormal.
Could you also suggest me what parts of body to focus on to make legs look shorter and torso look longer (by exercise)

Hey! Thank you so much :)
I just wanted to ask how accurate is the picture? ( like will it give a fair idea)

Will 5+5=10 cm look acceptable or would look very very weird and out of natural human proportions ?
-
I'd say acceptable. Long legged but not bad/weird at all, you'll look good if you worked on your overall physique, delts, lats and traps.

Mockups never represent how they actually look like in reality. Most mockups look funny and off but, the truth is in real life after the LL they pretty much look much better than previously expected to everyone including proportion freaks/nazis
-
Almost no-one would look funny added 5+5 both segments. But I'd prefer going for 4+6.
-
well said!
And I would recommend getting lean muscles like dancers have. You definitely want to get as good as posture as you can and V cut waist, i would focus on cardio and yoa but honestly, mockups aren't accurate. The only way to know is to go slowly with your doctor.
