Hi there, I am Ravinder and i am 29 year old. This is probably not the right paper to wright but i really would like to share my side of story. This was nothing less a miracle for me, i was about to lost my leg when i met this Doctor so i hearty want to post.
I will try to explain every bit and every inch of it. It was HOLY, a religious festival in India COLOR/DANCE/PARTY/BOOZE every possible fun. I was going to my home town when a fine f**king gentlemen came in full speed from the wrong side of the road and in a fraction of second everything changed. My right leg was crushed around ankle. I was lying in the pit side of the road devastated crying for help, you know and India a pizza delivery happens with in 30 min or less but ambulance or police OH NOOO they can be there till the person is dead or about to die.
I lost lots of blood at the site of the accident. I lost conciseness i don't know when and how i reached the hospital. About 40 minute i was struggling on the road and try to reach out some help but no luck.
When i came in conscious i was in a government hospital doctor was waiting for my family to sign the consent for my operation.
I remember each word he said we will try to fix your leg but i you have to get it fix later they were concern to save my life.
The doctor just put some bandage and fixed it wit tubular frame/external fixator. They sent me home. Due to covid no doctor was performing procedures mean time my leg got infected and Pus was oozing out the wound. I tried to reach the doctors but everything was shut in INDIA.
Three months i suffered a lot when the lockdown got over i reach my initial doctor and said my nothing they can do he has to amputate my lag because the infection was too much.

After a month someone from my hometown come to see me and suggested me to meet Dr Saini. And i forgot to mention mean time i met 4 orthopaedic surgeon who already told me that amputation is the only option i had.
I never heard of his name but my brother asked me there is no harm to meet the doctor so me and my brother went to his practice place, i will never forget the moment he said we can save the leg.
it was the most happiest moment of my life.
He explained pros and cons of the procedure. I was ready do anything to save my leg.
when i met this doctor my leg was completely infected at the sight of injury.
7 - 8 cm bone loss just above the ankle joint. Tibia was completely crushed above the ankle. He first did the first aid and load my body with heavy antibiotics to control the infection. That took about 20 days to control.
During that he fix my foot and ankle with K wire and rod. He explained how he will break my leg from the above and transfer the bone down. And he also mention that i will not have full ankle movements but my leg can be saved from amputation. he has to fix my ankle joint but i can walk or use my toe muscles. I will have the movements of my forefoot.
He 19 july 2020 he operated me and put my leg in a ring frame called Ilizarov. Operation took around 5 hour. My ankle was stabilise with the frame only. So while my bones growing above he is transferring the bone. So he is transporting the bone down.
I am able to stand with walker and can partially bear the weight on the leg and can walk few steps.

Thank you, I had no hope and Dr. Saini played a role of an angel in my life. Sounds bragging but i will be thankful to him for rest of my life.

Thank you m7liam. nothing happened he ran, and i was not in my conscious. So he just elope. Yes this happened by car.

Day 1 had detailed discussion and admission.
Day 2 surgery was done
Stayed in the Hospital for 30 days under his observation. Dr Saini has his own hospital setup. I received utmost medical attention and care there. Pain was tormenting. I felt hopeful and awful with pain at the same time. My patella was crushed in the accident. My knee was fixed when i went to Dr Saini. I was there for the frame adjustment as it was not possible for me to come every other day. Regular Physiotherapy sessions were taken.
They made me stand on 10 day with walker. I was very scared because above my ankle the part was hollow.The gap above my ankle was almost 8-8.5 cm. only skin was there. I was frightened.
Not sure of that. but i was very happy after a very long time i stood. My knee movements are also getting much better.
Initial first 45 days he only lengthen( he taught me) and after 45 days he started compression over ankle along with lengthening 1mm a day.

best pain killer available in India ? How long your pain last ? a few Hours ? All time n never ending?

I took painkiller about a month and sometime on and off.
I don’t need Dr Parihar. He must be good because so many people mentioned him here. First when I treated under Dr Saini I didn’t know about this forum. I was reading about the frame Dr used to correct my leg and curiosity from the patient he had done earlier bring me here. I have nothing else to do.
Lost my job.
No ambulation. I was about to get married. Everything shattered. I started reading here. I felt like to share so I did. I believe I am in good hands. No need of Dr parihar.

but seriously this is obv fake lol. the patient is probably real but any body can write a diary for him. maybe it is stiill truthful but remember this is India. its quite possible saini is better than the local doctor in the village of ravinder but doesn't mean he can do LL on a cosmetic patient without causing any harm/
remember folks: ALWAYS talk with the doctor's official staff. dont talk with a physio + agent who will tell lies. book a consultation with the doctor like any non LL patient, go see him and then decide. do NOT work with "agents" who will book your taxi from the airport and let you stay in a hotel of their choice while telling you how awesome the doctor is.

These constant attacks from wannabe business entrepreneurs have just proven how vicious and hurtful these diaries can be for all types of LL patients, mine or someone else's. I as a doctor have sworn an oath to do no harm and always use my knowledge to help and heal people. Though as we can see these wannabee agents cum crooks constantly bring up fake made up stories to show how lowlife they themselves are, I have many successful happy patients whose diaries vouch for my impeccable track record as a doctor and a friend, who above all has always stood for his patient's well being.
You people have your own crooked agendas with nothing better to do then spin lies. I invite you to come and see the patient and let this be a recorded meeting for a facebook showdown. If I am telling a lie I would be proven a liar and if you are mistaken or intentionally lying then you would understand that you seriously need some professional psychiatric care. I have been observing your behavior and it seems like you are a fan of Dr. Sarin and it's okay if that's so but you simply need treatment because you go around throwing fake! fake! fake! for almost every diary except Dr. Sarin's. Buddy who told you that I left Dr Sarma and what interests you so much in my life. Let me help you understand something clearly here, i.e I still work with Dr Sharma . Now Dr Saini who is a brilliant surgeon himself also happens to be my colleague, which in no way should affect you or Moore because it doesn’t concern you or your life in anyway. My personal life is not for your consumption.
You are nobody and deserve no explanation from me because as an unemployed person as you are, I happen to be a qualified working doctor and you as mentioned in your username are an unemployed troll who deserves no explanation from me. Also it seems you are some LL doctor or his agent who is trying to mudsling other doctors doing LL. You also seem to have no opinion about some specific doctors or anything about their blunders, considering how opinionated you are. By the way please don’t try becoming a doctor without valid qualification, since it’s punishable by laws in most countries. It seems you and Moore are both the same person using two usernames to tarnish other doctors’ images and promote some specific doctor or doctors .
Now enough of this mudslinging. My numerous patients vouch for my impeccable track record and honesty. I stood with my patients when some doctors, like you know who, did something unjustified or wronged my patients at cost of my own monetary benefits and that too multiple times.
I always allow my patients to talk with their respective surgeon before surgery and also refer them to my x-patients from their own respective countries, so I humbly request you to correct yourself and not to bother me further anymore on this platform, because you are nobody to me. This nonsense stuff you keep posting is complete s*** and bundle of lies clearly spun with a not so hidden agenda.
Please be gentle and avoid writing about me or calling me unnecessarily or trying to reveal my patients’ identities because you clearly seems to be trying to blackmail, harass and threaten me and my patients. Please stop this nonsense now...don’t spread this ugliness around here.

Each time when a x ray clicked and there is an improvement felt like getting closer and closer.
more closer the time gets more impossible it become to bear. Sometimes the discomfort get your nerve.
because there is no time frame for this journey. Every day i wish to end this soon but well.
life went very uneasy mean while still is but hope and cope that's the only way. My level of patience is getting pretty much better and stronger. Go through each phase with X-ray picture. feel the joy and strength.

No one this proves that anything wrong if i am writing here. i will continue till i get my leg back. Doctors worked hard i am pushing my limits. i have every possible reason to share my story.

You guys are absent minded people, nothing you have to do.
If you can read the diaries you can read the details provided about doctors here you can go and check else will post and make it easy for you.
Lastly i would like to announce that Dr Saini's work needs to be promoted so yes i will do my part. If you can prove the surgery is wrong the picture are fake, everything i post is not real.

I am NOT asking about how you found THIS forum. this forum is popular. if after the surgery you decide to post your experience on an LL related forum and you found the most popular one (this one), I understand.
BUT you have also posted diary on makemetaller.in. which NO ONE knows about. how did you find THAT forum? its NOT "internationally a-claimed" LOL. no one knows about it. that forum name makes it seem like it is for cosmetic purpose only "make me taller . in". how did you decide to go there of all places and write a diary?
harry has been associated with surgeons like sarin and sringary. we should be VERY CAREFUL.

How is an unknown Indian doctor who hires a member from that forum (that may haven't even knew personally) as a patient advocate is one of the best in the world ?
India is maybe the worse place to do LL due to hygiene issues and lack of laws that punish butchers that cripple patients.
Almost all the horror LL stories come from India. I would never do LL in that country and I am sure that dr Saini and all the others Indian doctors (Sarin, Dhawan, Sringari, Sach etc) are completely unknwown outside India for LL and I would never trust my feet on them.
Thats my 2 cents about India and LL.

I personally hate Dr Sarin because I read some barbaric dairies and I have no clue abt harry but he surely doesn’t work for both of those recognised doctors.
In case Saini has the expertise what you speak... his name will come up in some news article soon. For now, Saini is nowhere in terms of CLL or even as a class 1 surgeon ... he has only 9 years of experience so I will consider him an intern instead of a doctor. I am not sure if this forum is made for folks who are recovering from a traumatic accident so I hope you recover soon but the responses on your dairy will be toxic because this is not the subject we discuss here... so it does give a marketing vibe.

norway, finland, singapore, new zealand, greece, france, sweden these are the best places to do cosmetic LL. there are gold standard surgeons and teams in these countries for cosmetic LL..

I visited hospital today, prolong assessment and discussion.
I have lengthen 7.75cm so far, few more cms required to complete the bone loss. I am posting my today's X-ray and i would like know this will not considered in lengthening?
People are doing lengthening for their looks am doing to save my leg but this considered as lengthening too. Just that i am no psychologically unhappy about my looks or in other words because i am not doing this to enhance my outlook so i am not eligible to be a part of this forum. I disagree.
Doctor decided to operate on me tomorrow, so the plan is to remove foot frame and he will fix my ankle. my foot will be free from any frame. As doctor described .

I am getting batter day by day. My leg feels full. The gap had in my lower leg is improved very much and filing slowly . Doctor said callus is very good and i am walking with walker Putting 40-50% weight slowly, gradually and carefully.
Here is few pictures of recent X rays the bone growth is commendable as doctor mention.
Trying to keep the tread alive after too much of chaos. I will try as much i can.
