Title: Which Painkiller?

Hello everybody
which pain reliever should I take during the stretching phase?
can there be any negative effects of some of them with regards to bone growth?
what dosages?

 I didn't take pain pills prior to stretching.

NSAIDs interfere with bone growth.

They gave us tramadol in Beijing, and it's common elsewhere as well.  It works somewhat.
