Title: 5' 8.5" 35" sitting height, 72" wingspan, 22" shoulder width

Unsure of what good proportions are for limb lengthening but I've always been a relatively short & stocky guy. I want to lengthen about 3.5-4 inches (9-10 cm) in femurs with Rozbruch, or 2 inches (5cm) in femurs and 2 inches in tibias just to maintain good proportionality.

Imperial:
5' 8.5" height
35" sitting height,
72" wingspan,
22" shoulder width
26" arm length (knuckle to armpit)

Metric:
174.5 cm height
88.9 cm sitting height
183 cm wingspan
56 cm shoulder width
67 cm arm length (knuckle to armpit)

How are my proportions? Also does anybody know if Rozbruch will lengthen both femurs and tibias? I'd prefer to go to him over Paley to be honest.

I have the exact sitting height (89 cm) and I'm only 5'5" or 165 cm.

Though to be fair I've a negative ape index while also having short femurs/tibias relative to my torso I estimate, either I have a long torso/neck/head or short limbs.

I think your torso along with your neck and head might be shorter than average so might affect aesthetics after LL.

How are you going to lengthen 3.5-4 inches (9-10 cm) in femurs? The limits for Precice2 and Stryde nails are 8cm (3.15 inch).

I'll settle with 3 inches then, not a big deal honestly. Or I'll just do 1.75-2 inches per segment.

Rozzie does femurs and tibs, no surgeon would do both segments at the same time. the general consensus is to do one segment. year break. then do the other. if you wanted to do quadrilateral, its still 2 operations 6 weeks apart.

if you want just ask rozbruch himself: RozbruchSR@hss.edu

Yeah I've heard quadrilateral lengthening is pretty torturous so I'll probably end up going with a year between surgeries. Thanks for the info.
