I think past posters have talked about reduced libido during the lengthening phase, which I'm sure happens after any invasive surgery..

You won't be thinking about sex when your legs are broken, that's for sure. Though if you were, I'm sure there's a market for bedridden men.

Especially for lengthening femur ,as there is a nerve called pudendal Who is responsible for erection ,

Pudendal nerve is between legs, where prostate is.
Nothing to do with femurs or nerves close to femurs.

yes I know that's responsible for innervation of the perineum , and this area is near to the insertion of quadriceps muscle and the nail can  move or even the surgery can cause a lesion of this nerve

I never hear that happening nor any doctor mentioned it as a risk.
So no it can't happen.
