Title: How to tell if the Stryde nails have reached 8 cm?

Hi Guys,

According to my calculations, I should have reached 8 cm. The machine is still running, and I couldn't tell the sound is different... I know we can tell from X-rays but my next appointment is on Friday.

Call or message/ email Dr Giotikas maybe?
Or measure your self using a tape measure?

Isn't the ERC programmed to stop at a certain amount lengthened? Or does it keep going even if you pass that?

I think it won't stop but it won't cause any issues. I remember one of Dr. Mahboubian's patients' diary mentioned that the sound will be different after nails reaching 8cm.

The only way is with Xray checking the magnet.

you can see it with your xray

use a relative measurement to be accurate.
