Im Ayhan.I live in Turkey I'm a business person.I'm married and have 3 children
9 december 2020 , Dr.I had the surgery with antegrade method Lon Mustafa Uysal
I am extremely happy that I made the right decision after meeting with many doctors..
I've reached 4 cm now..my height before 162 my goal is 8 cm..(DAY 1MM)
my pain condition when I first came out of surgery 10/7 but that pain didn't last long.
my pain was at very, very low levels with serum and painkillers..this was unexpected for me
but I thought it would be very painful..I'm going through a painless process in a general sense
I was in the hospital for 15 days.I did my first extension with the doctor
After my stitches were removed and all the checks were done, I returned home
the time I had the most difficulty was the time on the plane..
I used 13 parol painkillers until I got to 4 cm..I used 13 parol painkillers at different times until I reached 4 cm
parol is a very weak painkiller..I'm not taking any painkillers right now..
I'm a guy who likes to work, and it's a little hard to get used to everything slowing down during that time :)
had any problems until this time..
I suggest that friends who will have surgery in Turkey seriously investigate..
although I don't write a diary every day, I'll try to enter and inform you until my extension is over..
if you write down what you want from me and what you are interested in, I will answer.

precise method is very expensive...and I don't need to
this is the reason; Normally, nails are sent through the kneecap in the lon method
but dr. look at my leg x-ray, he said he could send a nail from the hip to my surgery planning
and so it did..this is a very relaxing situation for my knee-movement
I normally only know that the nail can be thrown from the hip in the precise method...(Antegrade)
Soo Dr. Mustafa Lon did it with the method antegrade technique..
naturally there was no need to pay that much money :)
if you are going to have surgery on the femur (lon method)
If your bones are suitable, let your hip apply the nail ;)
You will understand more clearly what I mean in the videos I will throw, stay followed :)

-sitting still for a long time is tiring for desktop pc,but it does not prevent you from working with rest..

hi,as of today
I have exceeded 5 cm..I feel the tension in my legs
fixators are uncomfortable, but this method is like this..
but I'm starting to have pain, and we're extending it. dr.la we talked and dropped 0.75..
as of yesterday, I started taking minoset painkillers..parol remains ineffective
I'm writing what I'm going through...last 3 cm left..I'll go for a checkup.I don't have any problems in the general sense

Stay strong my man, little more left and then it gets easier. Little word of advice, if the pain gets too bad sometimes just do what I do and take breaks every now and again, especially if it is pinsite pain. Best of wishes to you and hope you have a great Recovery.

Thank you for updating us with your diary. one question to you, are you able to climb the stairs? at which day were you able to go up and down the stairs. I have 3 stairs in my house and I am wondering if I will be able to climb up and down the stairs 3-4 weeks after the operation.

I had to climb 25 stair steps so you should also be able. I used crutches

Thanks man for answer, I am hopefully I will be able to climb the stirs in my house after 3-4 weeks. I have about 48 stairs to climb though. I will only need to do those stairs when I want to go for an X-Ray.

I'm pretty fine :) Last 13 days left according to my calculations to reach 8 cm.
after the last update, dr lowered the daily elongation amount by 0.75 mm and I took 5 more pain relievers
tomorrow I will have reached 7 cm.I have very little time left ::)
I want to get rid of fixators as soon as possible..because now i'm bored...
I will share many photos and videos with you..It is very difficult to climb or climb the ladder alone and I recommend not to risk it.
I am lucky because Dr. dr a surgery I do not know. I get support every day from friends who have completed the process after other surgery.and I spend the process 100% professionally.According to my current experience, I would like to reiterate that it is an operation that should not be risked even 1%. even the slightest problem stuck in my mind dr. i am asking :)

People who will undergo surgery in my country .. hospital, hotel or city do not perform surgery .. please stay away from things that paint your eyes :) i love you guys..Please take this very valuable surgery professionally and with little risk ;)

How many crippled diaries does Dr. Buldu have here? none. I advise you to come down to Turkey, meet all the doctors here like we all do and then make your own judgment call, as simple as that.

I contacted dr buldu a few times. They gave me 3 different prices for the same method. I cannot entrust my life to a merchant.

Hi everyone friends
I got rid of fixators on April 21st :)
I had pain after waking up..but there were no more fixators :)
I'm fine now 8) After that, I will slowly return to my old self. ( inşALLAH )
I will share with you my knee bending angles on the 2nd day after the fixators are released.
I may not be able to update frequently.please forgive me
