Title: Where can I ask question about the LL surgery directly to a doctor, but online?

I have a lot of question about this surgery, but saw that it is something medical (and also In internet it says that it is also really risky) I really want to speak with a doctor that do this kind of surgeries for informations about the LL surgery.

Thank in advance, and tell me if it safe to straight up ask all of my questions here, without getting said false things!
