Very curious to know what y’all think.
Personally I want 13cm.

Both 8 cm mock-ups look fine to me. 13 cm looks a bit long legged but you could hide it with clothes. Have you made a mock-up of 10-11 cm? Maybe those will be the sweet spot

the third one with +4 fem and +4 tib looks the best in my eyes. They all look decently proportional though

I agree.  There's nothing wrong with any option for you.

I think if you want 13cm go for it! I think due to our knowledge of LL we tend to overemphasize proportions. But if you actually look at tall people, a lot of them get their height just from their legs.  Proportions vary a lot person to person and no one outside of this forum would think about your legs being too long.

Thanks for the input. I agree I think all look fairly reasonable, especially with clothes. Probably would end up doing 5 and 5 to maintain better post op outcome. We’ll see
