After you've recovered, is your balance more intact after femoral lengthening?

the higher the barycenter the worse the equilibrium, so i think in both cases u just need time to get used to

this is natural, the equilibrium centrol is different for taller people, in the case of stretching this is noticed because the patient was shorter and gained more height, so naturally he would feel that the balance has changed but it is not bad just have to run up with the new center of gravity and will have a normal balance for new height

I don't know about tibia lengthening, but I would imagine it's the same as with femurs. Your body has to adapt to the new length, so it takes a little time, as with everything else.
