The depression part in understand but sleep deprived not so much I mean like many students you’d have understood that if you either went to bed earlier or got all the homework done on time you’d have more time on your hands to relax sleep etc

It will always be mostly genetics. I've dwelled on the fact that maybe I haven't had the best nutrition and I had many sleepless nights when I was younger due to stress. But what little kid had a regimented diet plan? Did the boomers really worry about giving us the best meal plans possible? I highly doubt it.

Everyone stunts their growth to some extent. This means millimeters for the vast majority of middle-income people on the planet who had food on the plate everyday, and access to healthcare, not 20cm. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3736755/)

Unless you're smaller than your own mother (as a male), your growth wasn't exceptionally stunted.

If more of your height comes from your legs than from your upper body, it's extremely unlikely you stunted your growth in any capacity or form (http://adc.bmj.com/content/90/8/807).

If you're taller than both of your parents, you are ruminating and under the effect of height neurosis. You possibly had a fraction of a millimeter stunted.

If you met your caloric and protein needs, you couldn't have significantly stunted your growth. Other factors could have affected it, but not to a significant extent.

These are the only evidence supported answers, as of now.
