My current height is 178,5 cm (84 cm inseam) and my goal is to be 181,5 cm at least.
I have no idea where to start, could someone advice which leg lengthening surgery would be the best for my proportions?

Your height is your last problem with a body like that. I can guarantee you that even with 5cm more you won't be even a little more attractive.

Have you taken X-rays? If not it's better to consult with LL doctors to figure out the length of each segment.
BTW not all women wanna muscles, like me for some women too much muscles are scary, so don't worry about it. ;D

Bro I’m 177.8 and have an inseam of like 78 cm lol if I had your leg length I’d be 6’1 oh the pain and man life really isn’t fair is it 😂😂

To ankle it’s 77 cm to floor it’s 80 cm hope that helps

Same as in germany. I feel the same way, I have the same height as you. But people around here living in other countries and don't quite understand it. They are convinced that we are wrong about knowing the average height in our country because they only have read the numbers on a piece paper.

I agree at 178.5 cm it wouldn’t really do much for you if you went and lengthened 5-6 cm then you’d end up around 6’0 which is the average in Germany and Holland

if you feel that 5 cm less than average height make you dwarf even with 178.5 i suggest You visit psychologist

even in netherlands 179 is nowhere near dwarf. Ur obsessing over it. Yes u are slightly below average but u wana break ur bones for that then its alright.

the problem is that the extra weight decreases its height over time, the cartilage between the vertebrae of the colum will reduce the size with the weight, so it is important to do exercises to maintain a good posture do stretching this is your health needs to take care of more yourself so maybe you feel better with your body and do not need an LL
