Title: I've found so excited really good news when it comes to growth plages
Post by: Grow3inchesquestions on October 22, 2018, 08:25:25 PM: As long as your bones haven't been completely hardened for over 2 years, even if they are closed you can still get as much as 2 inches and that's only dealing with the plates in your legs your torso usually grows at least a centimeter till 19 unless you had premature puberty ending or started it super early like 9 years olday I'm so happy I discovered this. My friend was told his growth plates were closed he's 19 and was 6'2" but is now 6'2.5" after starting Letro.
