is there any diary of former patients who recovered well and started walking/running?

ME! Im finally recovered a decent amount. My drop foot is gone! It took 5 months post nailing but i can finally walk normal with/without shoes and my gait is back to normal. I still have nerve pain where the drop foot was but its very minimum. The good thing is its slowly going away. I wont be doing any running until i get the rods taken out hopefully by the end of this year.

your amount was so less in each segment that I think you were bound to recover well. congratz

Me 4cms pure external in tibua and i removed the frames after 6 month and 10 days . I'm doing very good with normal life routine, still no impact activities for more 6 month. After life getting easy and pain went away i wished i added more 2 cms . and now i'm thinking seriously in femur lengthening.
