Title: Whats more accurate, sitting height or inseam?
Post by: StrangeDays67 on March 13, 2019, 09:37:18 PM
My sitting height is 35.4 inches, I'm 5'7.5, and my inseam ranges from 31 to 32 depending on how I measure it. I take a book and shove it between my legs so it is touching the pubic bone, and if I do this hard enough then I have measured an inseam of 32 inches. I feel like this dosen't make sense compared to my 35.5 inch sitting height and how I am wearing 30X30 pants (athletic fit). I have thickish-thighs I weigh 150 and squat and lift so I don't know if that could boost my sitting height. Anyways I just want to know because I plan on lengthening 2 inches in my femurs, less if I go past a .49 inseam to height ratio.

I immediately read the content of this website when I became a member of this website. Which I was very impressed.

Your inseam is more accurate as it is 100% based on your height.

Your sitting height can vary a good 10cm or more depending on your weight
