This is a good way to determine if you are proportionate or not. Mine is 40.75 inches and my height is 67.5 inches. The golden ratio is 1.68 (converted to this method) if you divide height by belly button height. So mine is 67.5/40.75=1.656.

158cm / 92cm = 1.72
-
163/96 = 1.69/70
After surgery it'll be 1.62
-
1.62? Are you sure you're ok with that? What would your inseam ratio be?

How do I measure that?

Take a book and measure it hard against your pubic bone, mark that spot against a wall. Divide this number by your overall height. So lets say you're 67 inches tall and have an inseam of 32 thats .47. Over 48% is where it looks bad.

My inseam is 43%. So what does that mean?
28' inseam - 64' tall
It will be 33-36' inseam after surgery which is 51%-56%. Wearing my trousers (3') lower will make my inseam look like 30-33 = 47%-51%

Seems that you are extremely short legged.

You're 5'6 but are 64 inches tall? Then you would be 5'4.
