hey, just a quick question

176cm ( 5 ' 9 ) to 185cm ( 6' 1 ) it's viable and "safe" with LON method ?

No... not at all. 6cm is arguably the max "safe" limit you can lengthen before recovery starts to become really tough. You'd be lucky to get to 80% with a 6cm lengthening on tibias.
