How do you rock the long leg look without looking too strange? Say you lengthen both femur and tibia

Someone warned me that if you wear a long shirt to make your legs look shorter, it just makes your arms look short by comparison so you might as well just rock the long leg work

Say you're going to work, you've gotten a button on shirt or polo and slacks and dress shoes etc
