Nice idea. It will make researching doctors easier for many people.
Since I have knowledge of Turkish, I have been researching Turkish LL surgeons for quite a time now, and have communicated some of them personally. I will present info about them so that you can add them to the list.
1. Dr. Yuksel Yurttash (Istanbul, Turkey)
Used methods: External (Holyfix), LON, Precice 2.2
Has years of experience in military surgery (read: much more complex cases than CLL)

He has worked on development of an internal lengthening nail which was eventually produced in Turkey.

From my talks with them, all these doctors do not advise going over 8 cm on thighs and 6-7 cm on tibia.
I was surprised that Turkey has so many surgeons, all with good education and experience, with attractive prices too, however they go under the radar of many. So it was a good chance to share a bit of knowledge and material for forummates to research.
