my proportions
« on: January 01, 2015, 08:26:49 AM »

I've 93 cm sitting height (circa).
According to CT scans, (pre-op) 36+ cm tibia and 45+ cm femur - ie, 93+ cm.
My  height now is about 174 (starting height) + about 2 cm lengthening = 176.
My height aimed after tibia surgery is 182 cm (8 cm on tibia).
My arm length is 72- 73 cm.
Wingspan is only 170 cm.
Will I look proportionate after surgery???
Do i have a long arm length??
How does my torso compare with my future leg length > (Torso sitting height 93+ cm, legs length 101 cm) is this ratio 0.48?? Is this bad or noticeable?
Bagirov suggests FURTHER femurs of 4 cm. Shd I proceed

I have a friend who is 175 with a sitting height and arm length the same as yours. His wingspan is 168 though. I convinced him to measure all this for "fun" and I swear that if I wouldn't have measured his proportions I would have never realized that his arms were shorter than his height. Its only a 7 cm difference for him, but for you I don't really know. 12 cm looks like to much. You will probably need AL.

Your sitting height ratio = 93/174 = .534

You're more limited by your wingspan/arm length
