I was tested in 3rd grade and got somewhere in the 130s, but my Psychologist says that the score is probably off due to Aspergers and ADHD. I did get a 36 (or maybe a 35) on my ACTs, though, whatever that means.

Never ask for people's IQ or whatever online. People will exaggerate their number and those who are below average will not reply anyway. Totally skewed data IMHO.

I have had one of those when I applied for scholarship , I got the scholarship but they didn't tell me my result  :-X

Sure, it measures intelligence, but rational thought is immeasurable. African tribes scored pretty high regardless of their prior education, but knowing how to rearrange toothpicks and triangles won't pay your debts.

About 100, +/- 50. Yeah, something like that. Got 140 on a dumb online test with those silly puzzles

You see, it sucks because I actually was clinically tested, but other people on the forum might not have been.  So, I'm telling the truth, but there is no way for me to formally prove it.

I'm between 130 and 140. There are crazy people in this forum but vey intelligent people as well. Not everybody who does LL is here, but those who are are among the most intelligent people who do or are interested in LL.

That's what I was thinking. Now, if he is telling the truth, then he probably took the Cattell test, which is scored differently. 187 would be like 152 on the Standford-Binet or Welscher.

It was done a while ago for a test to get into a private school (Millwood). When the facility told me my measurement, they claimed I was gifted (Way below Stephen Hawking.) What speculates this is that their grading system is flawed (7 point grading scale), and they still teach that pluto is a planet.

I just took one online and got a 177, but no matter what the industry says, it's just filling in bubbles.

It's officially known as a "dwarf planet" due to its small size and odd orbit, but it's not a planet, there are eight planets, they think it's nine.

Yeah, it was probably Cattell Culture Fair which has the 24 point standard deviation instead of the usual 15-point SD.

I did an online test, one in school and one military test. On average I got 139-140 but like most of you already said, I doubt I am that smart. According to the online resource Einstein had about 160 iq points. 140 points is in the 98th percentile, I just don't trust that result.

Also got bored on the online test because it took hours to complete, guessed the three last ones and got one right.
