Just because they wear their pants high doesn't make them actually disproportionate.

That spanish model though, he's got some really long legs but actually a lot of tall people do. My dad has the same sitting height as me, and somehow my uncle who is 195CM as well -that blew my mind. Not sure how accurate my eye measurement is though. People with longlegs usually have long arms as well, also broad shoulders and large hand/feet make them proportional.

Really? I've actually found that people with long legs have narrow shoulders.

Factors that throw off proportions (in over of most importance):

1. Wingspan
2. Torso size/length
3. Shoulder breadth
4. Foot size
5. Hand size

Taller dudes always have big hands and longer fingers yet foot size is as random as penis size I know because I saw people with the following heights and shoe sizes: 5'5" size 10, 5'7" size 9 1/2, 6'2" size 10, 5'10" size 11 etc...When I wear lifts the people who are naturally taller always have bigger hands and I know because where I live men tend to handshake other men or women sometimes so hands are very exposed. The only reason these procedures/surgeries can be justified is because we can blame any disproportion as a birth defect of some sort. I know people with bad proportions and I doubt they went under the knife.

Hand size should be more important than foot size if we could actually lengthen one of them.

Good list except hand size should be above foot size.

Pay attention to hands as well, as there is some serious variation. I've seen short guys with big, long hands just like tall guys with size 10 feet. You are right though, I should have put hand size before foot size.

No you are new here so. The forearm is basically the same on all heights. the Humerus tho. That is a distinct measure on how your upperbody will portray itself. I spot it instantly now.

Long humerus more lengthening then those with short humerus who dont even come down past their belly button.

your saying this to make yourself believe that when you get arm lengthening you wont look odd, but you will. look at percentiles of forearm it varies a lot same as humerus. also humerus length relative to forearm is controlled by Prenatal Testosterone, meaning if you lengthen your humerus alone your arms will look more feminine.

I didn't really believe this when I first heard about this on the forum.  But after observing people I do believe that a longer humerus does look more feminine.  Especially if the person is slim.  Even building some muscle won't help you much unless you add a lot.  I won't consider arm lengthening but if I did I would really limit the amount.
