Usually after the first consultation, how long does it take for the appointment?

I mean the appointment of the actual surgery, also can you have the surgery during summer or is forbidden?

I don't know but perhaps it's preferable to not have surgery during/around the "Dog Days".

Finishing school before doing surgery. Most likely to just do tibias to become at least 170cm.
