Correct walking problems and add height with orthotics

Hello All,

I'm sure many of you know about orthotics, but many of you probably don't know about them.

Orthotics are custom made shoe inserts that are prescribed by an orthopedic doctor or a podiatrist.

They run a few hundred bucks, and are know to correct a variety of problems related to walking and leg and foot malalignment. They can also be ordered with attached lifts for a leg length discrepancy, or to add a few CM of extra height.

I've used them before for a walking issue and they are one of the best investments I ever made.I suggest some LLers look into them for a variety of reasons as previously mentioned
