Hi Beforeandafter
I lengthening 3.9cm till today.
yes i am here only for two month and my time almost completed, i am going back mid of the June. yes i spoke to the doctor he said my freme removal is already schedule end of the next week .
Service is good they people are experienced and know how to take care of patient. And i want to say harry really care about his patients.

Lengthening with the combination of intramedullary nail (LON) entails locking the nail at the increase length at the end of the distraction or complete desire height, you can remove the frame  ( external fixator)   you don't have to wear from for long time, or LON will work as a straight track so your bone also become straight during lengthening. This is all i know if you want to know more contact harry.
Hi maison
He lengthened 3.9 cm in May 30 and did several days more lengthening before his frames were removed. So I guess he gained a little over 4 cm.

I don’t know why people even bother, can you really feel a difference at 4cm? Like that’s an inch and half more or less, it’s marginal

Hi Activatedox
Thank you for your kind attention but this is completely depends on person to person. Everyone has their own views about the smaller and bigger goals. I had limited time so that's what i did.

Recovery is going good, doing all the exercises. Next X-ray will reveal the actual status of callus. Morning i walk with assistance because of pain and discomfort, rest of the day is fine.

Hi Akito,

It is good that you can consult the hospital at any time.

I hope you will fully recover.

Hi Akito,

Thanks so much for keeping such a detailed diary.

You sound like you're doing really well congrats. In fact, for saying you had surgery April the 16th, your recovery seems to be one the best I've seen after just over 2 months. Could you clarify your current mobility - you say you are walking 'with assistance', is this with crutches, a walker?

Thanks! And best of luck with your recovery

Hi Akito
How are you ?

How much did you paid?
Regarding payment, she answered that a couple of times:
"The price is 15000$USD but because I am here only for two months I paid 14000$USD which includes everything (surgery accommodation, food, caretaker, physical therapy)."

Akito, congratulations.
I wish you best of luck with your recovery!
I would probably go for 5 or 6 cm if I were you, but you did the most you could and that's better than nothing.

Hello!
Getting to walk without aid.Callus bridge is almost complete and here also i am regularly taking professional help, frequent visit to physical therapist . All well but they told me to be careful with the new callus, and gentle with the activity because there are still chances to get it disturbed. Time seems to stop when you are not your 100%,eagerly waiting for the green zone when i will be able to start a more than normal routine.
