What do I need to do beore I do LL in Russia?

okay I am very new to this. this is annoying for me to ask but forgive me for my ignorance. but what are things I need to get covered before i go do LL in russia? Do I really need a medical visa for russia? and how much do those cost? and are they a pain? I was thinking of going to dr solomin since he seems cheap and good.

you need multi business visa, solomin may be able to write invitation letter from MEDEC clinic, after that you apply for visa, then you get fingerprints taken.
