Hey guys,

I do not know if any of you ever tried stretching exercises. I know it is no real alternative, but I have found that some LL-folks in the community are talking about inversion tables with glucosamine. I have found a youtube channel which seems interesting. Did any of you guys ever tried a program. I have once bought the Grow Taller 4 Idiots package, but I did not continue it. I would be interested if any of you guys really tried a program like that on a long term basis.

Guys, I just want to state, that my post was not ment as an advertisement or anything. If this is a well-known scam, I would be glad if someone could enlighten me.  :)
