Same as me with the Yoga.. Gained 2cms...

Were you able to retain anything. I think a cm at most is doable improving posture and taking the glucosamine. Take a look at this.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2240087/Impossible-No-But-definitely-bit-stretch-How-5ft-2in-writer-gained-inches-height.html

A qoute from the article.

"I think part of it was because so much exercise had really improved my posture, but it can’t all be explained away by that. Whether it was the rack, the stretches or the bat moves, it had actually worked".

"And, while it’s unlikely I’ll stay this tall forever as my spine will squish back down over time, Pierre reckoned if I keep up my stretches and remember to maintain a good posture, at least some of the height gain should be permanent".

I think posture can be fixed without those exercises, you just have to walk straight.

Why you trolling dude lol. Theres no way you hit a growth spurt at age 26. I do agree that those supplements would speed up how long it takes to heal from LL. No kidding, those pills are part of my routine. Ive been using that along with other supplements and the high calorie diet. Human growth can happen before 21 and maybe even before 25. Its been proven before although it is very rare to gain height past the age of 21, gaining height at 18 is very common. 18-21 is the last resort for any type of natural height growth. Dennis rodman grew a foot at ages 19-20 so anybody who thinks all growth is done at 18 is not correct. its really 21.

Could any of you guys suggest another bone i should get x rayed? Im going to see if my wrist still looks the same with another x ray. I'll come up with some bull  to my doctor saying i smashed my wrist against a wall or something then ill take a look at my growth plate at the wrist again and see if it has changed. But since ive already looked at my wrist, is there another long bone i should get x rayed? Again i will come up with an excuse for the x ray. I know how to tell if the growth plates are open or not from the x ray images. Dont need a doctor. However the only problem is that i am only aware of how a open growth plate at the wrist looks and where its located. Im not sure where the other growth plates are, but if you guys could suggest me a significant one to get x rayed, i will do it and then show or report back with the results. Im 100 percent sure everything else aside from my fingers are not fused since ive actually grown, but i know theres alot of growth plates in the body.

Cristian, I have some  good and bad news( I have been researching a lot), after the spurt you had, maybe the space between bones just maybe have closed( including the knees), however, here we go with good news, your spine maybe will add 1.5-2 inches to your height in the next 2 years( becuase you are a late bloomer), can you measure your sitting height please, it is not a very good indicator but gives an idea.

You said you measured your self with bringing book and near the wall, i will tell its difficult to measure this way because when i tried like this i got 5'9 lol, which is completely wrong and not even close. do you fell you got tall? how many times doctor's sea;e gave you 5'7? and you should measure barefoot

Finishing school before doing surgery. Most likely to just do tibias to become at least 170cm.

He was being sarcastic because you were stating the obvious that the guy did not grow that amount and you took it as him believing in what the guy said.

Alot of males hit puberty early and others late. I didnt get nowhere near puberty till about 15-16. Couldnt produce sperm till 16. I hear some males get that as early as 8 years old? My growth plates are slightly open at my wrists you can clearly see they arent fully fused at all  and i dont know the status of my other growth plates. I turned 19 in feb and i cant grow a full beard to save my life. Just a few hairs here and there. I hate being 5'5 because i know its pointless approaching girls unless they are young because i look like im 13-16. What are the chances of me growing 3-4 inches from here till 21? Ive been malnourished i would say most of my life. I feel like ive never took the next step as far as nutrition goes. Im around 5'5 and like 110 lbs or less. Always been skinny. If i gain weight i feel that i could get a few inches. What should i do to maximize my nutrition in the next 6 months to a year? I know im running out of time to get significant growth. Any diet suggestions?
Fertility drugs for women, like Clomiphene and Tamoxiphene, are aromatase inhibitors, that help in keeping your growth plates open, as well as increase your testosterone.
