Lose weight and avoid muscular legs

Hello, my current weight is 186 lb, would be good to lose 15-20 lbs.My fear is that if my legs become muscular LL will be a nightmare.
The amount I want is 7 cm in femurs, so my question is what exercise should I do to avoid muscular legs and lose weight?

you are 16 years old... Dont go dieting and everything... If your growth playes are still open you might lose your chance to gain a few cms if you will go on a caloric restriction now...

 Anyway, for a 5'8 guy you are fat. LL or not, you should lose a bit of weight.... start eating less carbs and more protein and fat and you will see some improvement in your fat%.

I am 5'7 and I weight 65kg (or 144lbs in american) so you should be like 5-10lbs more than me

This and try to go biking, running or whatever where you can sweat a lot. Few months of it and you will be slim as hell.

Go to a dietitian. Fasting can slow your BMR and make things worse. You should eat healthy things in small portions many times a day and do cardio.

Again. Go to a dietitian.

 A dietitian is a better option. There are many people  who dont eat enough, that is dangerous;  the amount of carb that I consume is a lot.

Lose the weight and you will see that afterwards you wont need anymore height... Being a fit 5'9 and up, you are set for life (unless you are pathologically ugly).

 You are also very young... Once you will reach the 20's you will see that your height is more than fine. My advice for you is to get in shape while also getting away from this forum or any old forum or internet site who will only lower your self confidence

I will lose weight. If at 18 years or after I feel I want some more cm maybe I will do ll, if not move on. Whatever if I decide to to this,
7 cm would be my goal. The most probable thing is that I dont do this because of the money, but who knows?

Nah boy, if I had the money I would do lenghtening on tibias, femurs, upper and lower arms, as well as on clavicle to hit the best proportions that are possible, and I'm 5'10

At 5 10", go for 6 or four segmentes and 6 2", you dont need arm lengthening, is extreme. Anything in the range 185+ is really tall.

i really stoped that long time ago.I seriously saw here a 5'11,6' and a 6'1 guy..

You realise I will probably recover from 10 cm of leg lenghtening much, much better than you will, simply because the relative length change of bones will be smaller in my case.

Also from my research humerus and clavicle shouldn't be hard to lenghten, the only real problem is forearm.

In the same way you lenghten every other long bone. The clavicle has the least amount of soft tissue connected to it, so that makes it pretty good candidate for lenghtening.

And for the second part: wide shoulders are extremely dimorphic trait, and I would risk saying that they are second most important body trait, right after height.

In this study they used external monorail.

And of course I know that, but collarbones come in a variety of shapes, unlike other long bones.
So it should be possible to interfere with its natural curvature without complications.
