Visa for 5 months in Russia

I have read that is too difficult, can you give some advice or something? Leonid Solomin is a very good option for LON, too.

Russian Visa is a littlebit difficult, you can have it, its just not like other countries (easy) but there is no reason they will not give you

Getting visa here where i'm living to the united states is pain in the ass and i wouldn't call it "easy".

I think they can give you VISA Support for Extra money.

Visa support (only for Int. Clinic MEDEM outpatients):
Payment every month - 3.500 rubles, payment for visa prolongation (usually - once every 3 months) – 17.000 rubles

So it doesn't matter how many days your first visa has, as long as they will help you with prolongation.

Your clinic should apply for a visa for you under the clinics name. This visa lasts for three months, but the clinic has the ability to extend these visas for three months at a time until you've reached the maximum of one year. In other words.. it's not a difficult process as long as the clinic usually takes international patients and has the license to apply for a visa. Once you're in Russia, it's a seamless process as you don't have to do anything yourself. As for applying for the visa before you arrive, they should send the visa invitation by mail and from there they will tell you what to do.
