I'm not against Dr Monegal. He has bad cases but his patient didn't die.

I want to increase my knowledge about this surgery and im trying to visit forum frequently but you know what i see when i come here?Billions of stupid posts with stupid stupid questions.Lately there are many guys like you here and it makes me wanna leave the forum.
