Ask your dad to hit you super hard in the back with a sledgehammer, then you try hanging from a pull up bar for 2-3 hours every day. Also, the more topics made on this forum, the less your spine will grow.

Finishing school before doing surgery. Most likely to just do tibias to become at least 170cm.

Spine just like the brain can't grow... Although in your case the inability to grow your brain is pretty tragic since its seems you lack more in brain volume than height

They say Michael Jordan use to hang for hours on a pole to grow. Just go to your local park and hang upside down overnight everyday.....

You want to know how to grow your spine, I'll tell you....

Go get a gun and shoot yourself in the fu*king head, your body will relax, your spine will decompress and stretch, this will give you an additional 5cm of permanent height. Problem solved!

its will not grow anymore, just do some stretching + some medical drug = you will gain 0.25-0.5 inches if you have a bad posture

You don't "grow" your spine, the space in between the vertebral discs fluctuates in length during the course of the day as a result of thick viscous spinal fluid in nucleus pulposa.

My friend, if something could be done to increase the size of the spine which would be an increase of height, why would we want to break our legs to increase the height??

There is no way to make your spine grow. You could only improve your posture if you have it bad. But if not you couldnt do anything

Such an amount of troll answers, lol.

I'd say you can't, once you've stopped growing. Lengthening your legs is far safer than some kind of procedure involving your spine.
