Not pain just during lengthening but the more persistent type afterwards.

I ask because lots of people who do femur lengthening get duck ass which is not good on the lower back at all.
Leg muscles and glutes are really key in maintain lower back posture and strength.

Doing sitting job myself I've had bouts of back pain every now and then and I'm wondering if that'll be an issue.

Hey SAD, I also had some lower back pain before doing LL. also had an office job with many hours sitting everyday. I'd say my lower back pain is the same or a little worse, but nothing unbearable. I definitely have to be more conscious than I used to about sitting for too long and taking breaks to stand up or walk. and I have to remember to stretch my hip flexors when I'm at the gym. if I didnt keep up with these things my back pain would probably be worse, but eventually I think I'll be back to before once I fully regain my hip flexibility.

Hi goldenegg.

How are you doing in general otherwise?
