Comfortable height
« on: January 11, 2017, 02:29:19 PM »

What do you thing about comfortable height for a young male nowadays? For example I think from my side of 5 ft 10 that I'm taller than most of girls but there still a chance to meet girl who are in 5 .9 or 5 .10 range and more rarely over this range in case of guys I'm mostly feel average  (with guys my age or younger )and lil bit above average with other random folks .One of my friends who is 6 ft I suppose taller than 90% maybe 95 of women and good amount of guys  of course I have seen guys taller than him but he look in a strong tallish zone,so I suppose if I would be over 6 ft I would be in "strong "tall zone ,this zone where you taller than practically   all girls and 80-85 % of man  (even young one) What do you think about it?

5"10 is a comfortable height imo. Don't need the magical '6 feet'. Where do you live?

I live in Russia and also in Us (NYC) ,5 ft 10 is cool no doubt but I feel uncomfortable when I see teens in their 15-17 who are often  in 5 ft 10-6 ft range
Also we have a building in our uni that full of guys ( who by the way 18-22 years old) and 1/3 of them 5 ft 10 + zone

Same here lol. 5'10 is really a sweeet height, you should be content with it. Just wear lifts and you'll be 6'0

The trade off of going from 5'10 to 6'0 into the USA is not worth it from my point of view. You'll get some more Tinder matches at best, but not worth the complications that can happen and the diminishing athletic abilities that will happen. You being uncomfortable around taller people is something that could more easily be solved by talking to a professional about it. Who knows, it might stem from something else and your issue will be solved with a lot less pain and money than leg lengthening.

I think it's true that an extra inch helps you stand out at 5'10- but!- I think some 1 inch lifts in your shoes (or heels if you're wearing dress shoes) are a better way around it.
