In terms of cosmetic lengthening, I'm not sure. Possibly, but frequency of the procedure in a specific country has absolutely no bearing on whether the procedure performed is of a higher quality than elsewhere. For this reason, if I were to consider this procedure I wouldn't put stock into choosing a doctor simply because the country in which he practices has a higher frequency of cosmetic limb lengthening being performed. Generally, Western countries are a much safer and assured choice.
