Even with shoes on, I think that your tibias are longer than average compared to your femurs but generally speaking your feet are very long compared to your torso.
Although I don't give much importance in proportions, your feet can handle only a few cms more lengthening before looking weird.

Do femurs. Your tibias are pretty long, they don't look weird but they probably will after LL.

He has long tibias, i have them also.. Kind of a pain cause we have to do femurs and they are way more expensive... Many times i see guys that do tibias and end up with a longer tibia than the femur, which isn't possible by nature and looks wierd. People probably wont notice cause they arent obsessed with proportions like us but i still wouldnt do tibias if they are already long

This is the second post you have made on your proportions, are you seeking reassurance from other users? I'll be completely honest, you have very long tibias and legs in general. From the information in that thread, you have an incredibly long inseam (90CM) for your height (178CM), which is over 50% and proportionally are outside the normal range for leg proportion to your height. Honestly, I wouldn't advise you lengthen at all, you have a good height and you're proportionally the worst candidate for cosmetic leg lengthening. If you're wanting to lengthen do as little as possible and in the femurs (Your initial goal of 10CM would put you at 53%) but accept that your proportions will only look further away from the norm. You are the one who has to make the decision.

You have a 55 knee height easily, so yes, your tibias are long.
