This guy is not big. Just tall.
To be more specific he is a tall skinny guy who works off a bit and has some muscles. Nothing more.

And yes, this prank like the 90% out there is fake.

Only because he is tall.
Tall is different to big. If this man were 5.9 he would look skinnier than normal.
So he is a tall and a little built man. Nothing more. He looks bigger than about 70% men at max.

A 5.11 100kg built man would look much bigger than him.
