Guichet is far more than 50k and his device is more painful than precise. Also read unicorns diary she has had so many complications and guichet is not forgiving. He will keep charging and expect you pay. She said she is near 100k in total cost know. The south african doctor had a good reputation so  I would recommend him.

At least its weight-barring if you care about work as soon as possible, and LLSouth had it not that painful as you imagine

He says its not as painful but many have said that it hurts and of course it is with all the clicks you have to do. Tell me if precise was full weight bearing what would be the reason to go to guichet? Not to mention that guichet is a horrible human being. So I would definitely not go to a doctor thats not on the same level as rozburch or paley but will charge the same and treat me like garbage. I think i would take my chances with mongeal know before going to guichet.

Guichet is a good doctor skill wise but after unicorns diary and his price increase over the years I wouldn't personally consider him anymore. Also I don't think anyone should even consider lengthening over 3 inches on femurs. Even three inches is pushing it but 4 way too much.

just because a doctor says 4 inches is possible doesn't mean you can do it. Your body will most likely not be able to take 4 inches in one segment and according to many people, 3 inches seems to be the max limit.

My dream is to get at least 5 inches which i know is only possible by lenghening femurs and tibias 2.5 in each and the only doctor i know of whos even slightly affordable for that is monegal who ive heard can do all 4 segments for 61k. But then i also have questions about his safety and skill

With insurance yes, have you heard of dr Birkholtz? Very good doctor with good cost, he uses precice2.

Honestly you should probably do 3 on femur and 2 on tibias instead of 2.5 each if you wanna hit 5 inches. Every half inch-inch on tibia is crucial as the recovery compared to femurs is slower and they have to cut two bones instead of one.

Dr Parihar in India from what I can tell is very good. He's the only doctor I would recommend in india. The user penguin is his first precise patient doing internal femurs and he is doing well. He has a diary on this forum. Parihar mostly works trauma cases and seems like a very responsible doctor. There is Dr Solomin in Russia who is dirt cheap compared to other LL doctors for externals, he also has a lot of experience and is not eager to get cosmetic patients (good sign). There is also Dr Mitkovic in Serbia who is good and cheap compared to other doctors and has a good amount of diaries about him. All these doctors are good and won't burn a hole in your pocket.

You can forget about playing competitive sports after this, especially if you do 5 inches in two surgeries. Even if the surgery goes well your stamina will be totally shot and your balance will be worse. You're being greedy with how many inches you want to lengthen and if you go through with it you will regret it. Why ruin your body when you're starting off in a decent position?

No matter to which doctor you go, do not lengthen 5 inches. Especially not at your starting height.

5 inches is still a good amount, you can recover Up to 80 pero cent with this, I Wouldnt suggest more though.

I wouldn't do anything over 5 cm on tibiae and 6 cm on femurs to be honest. Which is 11 cm in total, and even that only after very long and careful consideration. No rushing it and several years of pondering on it. I wouldn't count on the 80% recovery figure.

Dont go over 5 cm in the Tibia, in the femur you can gain even 7 cm in a good way, look most of the femur diaries, most people get 7 cm without too much trouble especially if you get It release, but tibia is more complicated, achilles lengthening changes the biomechanic of your foot completely.

The cheapest right know mongeal which is a little under 40k euro. There is a doctor working on his own internals, dr motovik which is speculated to be at 16k euros so theres always hope that works out.
