How should I sue a foreign doctor?
« on: June 10, 2017, 11:46:34 PM »

I have a question from one member here considering various doctors but afraid of being screwed and not having the possibility to sue and get a compensation and the doctor's license revoked. Is it possible to sue a foreign doctor? For example, can you sue an American doctor if you are German? Can you sue a Spanish doctor if you are American? What if you are an Italian doing surgery in Spain with German methods? How can you sue in those cases?

Consult legit lawyer is the best answer, each state has its own rules, Good luck.
