I dont know if your doc still can do corrections or if he even can, becuase with Ilizarovs can be done but with another kind of fixators It May need another surgery. When did you finish lengthening?

who did you lengthen with and how much?

Your surgeon should know how to deal with misalignments

by eye you cannot measure anything. Get an xray and speak to your doc. Sometimes you get a little bit less regenerate in the front  much more in the back. No need to panic

Is the angle from the lower half and upper half at least parallel? If not it could be recurvatum, which is a bigger problem. But if everything is straight then don't worry. Even if there is some sunken bone you could still be strong enough to remove devices. Bone remodelling continues for a few years after surgery
